Roasted Potato Medley

The day before Thanksgiving, I got into a very big cooking mood. My roommates were gone, all I had was a bottle of Framboise and lots of food to be cooked. So I made white chocolate brownies, a pumpkin pie, and these delicious roasted potatoes. And they're pretty.

2 large sweet potatoes
Lots of b size potatoes
1.5 C carrots
1 large red pepper
1 small red onion

Chop everything. Mix together on baking sheet. Add cayenne pepper, roasted red peppers flakes, dried basil, garlic salt, and whatever spice your heart desires. Bake at 400 until potatoes are completely cooked.
