Combine 2 1/4 cup flour and 1 package yeast
Heat 1 cup milk, 1/3 cup butter, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 tablespoon salt in a saucepan until butter melts.
Add mixture to the flour and stir in 3 eggs. Beat with a mixer for 3 minutes.
Knead on floured surface for 3-5 minutes.
Place in a greased covered bowl and let rise for about 1 hour. Punch down and let rest for 10 minutes.
Filling: 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour, 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
Roll out dough, butter the dough and sprinkle in filling.
Arrange cut slices in a greased pan. Cover with plastic wrap for 2 to 24 hours (or let rise for 45 minutes)
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes
Glaze with powdered sugar and milk glaze.
